10 Lorne Lane is situated at the end of a private lane in the centre of town just minutes from the harbour home of The Scottish Seabird Centre. Also at the harbour during the summer two great little restaurants, The Rocketeer and The Lobster Shack provide mouthwatering food and beverages. In recent years the Edinburgh Fringe Festival has included the North Berwick harbour as an official venue with it’s very own Spiegeltent providing nightly entertainment.

The property features a full balcony with dining furniture overlooking the beach. Should you be able to tear yourself away from the view we provide a large flat screen tv with Freeview and a DVD player with a selection of great films. For your convenience WIFI can be accessed from everywhere in the house and there is a washing machine with built in dryer.
Your hostess Catherine has a long career in the hospitality industry and will attend to your every need. Should you require catering, spa appointments, tee times, transportation, a full fridge upon arrival, Festival tickets etc Catherine will be more than happy to oblige.
Accommodation
All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main floor of the house. On the upper floor you will enjoy magnificent sunsets from the comfort of the open living, dining and full kitchen area. The kitchen offers views of the Law, an electric stove, microwave oven, Dolce coffee machine and dishwasher.
The master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, ample storage and sweeping views of the Firth of Forth.
The second bedroom also contains a double bed, storage and a picture window overlooking the sea.
The third bedroom offers two single beds, ample storage and a brand new flat screen TV.
Both bathrooms have showers, Arran aromatic toiletries and heated towel rails.
